Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a 15-day no-questions-asked return policy.

General Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the order.
  • Innerwear, masks, socks, intimates, sports bras, swimwear, and customized products are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your Brand Account.
  2. Go to ‘My Orders’.
  3. Click on ‘Return’ next to the item you wish to return.
  4. Specify your preferred refund method (source account or Brand Credits).
  5. Complete the required details and click ‘Submit’.
  6. You will receive a confirmation of your return request.

Return Pickup & Shipping

  • A reverse pickup will be arranged by us, wherever feasible.
  • In rare cases where reverse pickup isn't available, you may be asked to self-ship the product. You will be reimbursed up to ₹500 in Brand Credits for the courier charges.
  • If self-shipping, please send the item to:

    Please mention the Return ID on the packet.

Use separate packets for items from different orders, and ensure the package is securely sealed.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes our quality check.
  • You can choose to receive the refund in your source payment method or as Brand Credits.
  • Refund Timelines:
    • Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking: 2–5 business days
    • Brand Credits: within 2 business days

Reward Points

  • Reward points used for a returned item will be refunded as Brand Credits.
  • If an order is partially returned, points corresponding to the returned item will be credited.
  • Reward points are non-encashable and can only be used on future brand purchases.

 

Other Notes

  • Free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Offers and discounts may not be available at the time of reorder.
  • Brand Credits are brand-specific and can only be used on that brand’s website.
  • Orders placed using Brand Credits will be refunded to your Brand Credit account only.
  • The brand is not responsible for incorrect bank or voucher details provided by the customer.

Return Restrictions

  1. We reserve the right to restrict a user from making purchases on ABLBL websites in the following cases- 
  • Returning Incorrect Products: If a user returns items that do not match  the products originally ordered.
  • Excessive Returns:  If a user consistently returns a large portion of their purchased items without valid reasons.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges can be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.
  • You can exchange for a different size (subject to availability).
  • Color or same-size exchanges are not supported — please return the item and place a new order instead.
  • Free return shipping is provided for eligible exchange requests.
  • Exchanges are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued as Brand Credits.

Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? You can easily cancel your order, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

How to Cancel an Order

  1. Log in to your Brand Account.
  2. Go to ‘My Orders’.
  3. Click on ‘Cancel Order’.
  4. Once confirmed, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Cancellation Terms

  • Partial cancellations of an order are not allowed — cancelling one item will cancel the entire order.
  • For payments made using Brand Credits, the credits will be refunded to your account within 2–3 business days.
  • The brand reserves the right to cancel any order unilaterally in case of:
    • Pricing errors due to technical glitches or typographical mistakes.
    • Situations beyond the brand’s reasonable control.

Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind about your purchase? Cancel it in a few easy steps.

If you wish to cancel an order once it has been placed you can do so, provided the product has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Follow the simple steps below to cancel the order

Login to 'My account' -> My order-> Cancel order

  • Once the cancellation has been processed, the money will be refunded to the same account used to make the payment, within 2 to 5 business days

Terms & conditions

  • If you have multiple items in your order, you cannot cancel a single product. All items will be cancelled.
  • If you have paid using credits the same will be reverted to your account within 2 to 3 business days
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order unilaterally in the event of errors in product pricing due to technical issues, typographical mistakes, or factors beyond the seller's reasonable control.
